The magnetic micro gear pump is well known to all. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, water treatment, film and television printing, national defense and other departments for pumping flammable and explosive products because of its fully sealed, leak-free and corrosion-resistant characteristics. Toxic and precious liquids are ideal pumps for creating leak-free, pollution-free civilized workshops and cultural factories. Today, we mainly introduce the following considerations in the installation process of magnetic micro-gear pump: 1、将机组放在基础上，在底板和基础之间放成对楔垫，通过调整楔垫，找正泵的水平。调好后，拧紧地脚螺栓。

1. Put the unit on the base and set a pair of wedge cushions between the base plate and the base. By adjusting the wedge cushion, the pump level can be corrected. After adjustment, tighten the anchor bolt.

2、在安装前应对磁力泵和电机进行检查，各部分应完好无损，磁力泵内应无杂物。

2. Before installation, magnetic pumps and motors should be inspected. All parts should be intact, and there should be no impurities in the magnetic pumps.

3、按基础尺寸做好混凝土基础，同时予埋好地脚螺栓。

3. Make the concrete foundation according to the size of the foundation, and bury the foot bolts.

4、磁力泵的吸入、吐出管路应有支架，不能用磁力泵来支承。进出口管路口径应与泵进出口口径相统一。

4. The suction and vomiting pipelines of the magnetic pump should have brackets, which can not be supported by the magnetic pump. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipe should be unified with the diameter of the pump inlet and outlet.

5、安装完毕，最后用手转动磁力泵联轴器，检查有无擦碰现象，转动轻松均匀则安装结束。

6、磁力泵严禁抽取带有颗粒和易结晶的介质，不允许在关闭排放口的情况下而作连续性运转，需保持最少的流量。

6. It is strictly forbidden to extract medium with granules and easy crystallization from magnetic pumps. It is not allowed to operate continuously when the discharge outlet is closed. The minimum flow rate should be maintained.

7、为防止杂物进入磁力泵内，在进口处应设过滤器，过滤面积应大于管路截面积的 3 ～ 4 倍。

7. In order to prevent impurities from entering the magnetic pump, filters should be installed at the inlet, and the filter area should be 3-4 times larger than the cross-section area of the pipeline.

8、介质粘度过高时，磁力泵性能、功率均会发生变化，详细情况请依照说明书操作。

9、必须保证磁力泵的安装高度符合泵的汽蚀余量，并考虑管路损失及介质温度。
